Plan Ahead: DHL eCommerce Holiday Operating Schedule for 2025-2026

With the holiday season just around the corner, DHL eCommerce is here to help you plan your shipments seamlessly. To keep your operations running smoothly during Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day, please take a moment to review our holiday schedule for the United States and Canada.


Christmas 2025

  • Wednesday, December 24: U.S. and Canadian operations remain open. If you need to adjust a pickup or drop-off, contact the Transportation Operations Center.

  • Thursday, December 25: Pickups and drop-offs are canceled. U.S. and Canadian operations, Customer Service Center, and Corporate Offices will be closed. The Transportation Operations Center will operate with limited staffing.

  • Friday, December 26: U.S. operations resume. Contact the Transportation Operations Center for any schedule adjustments.


Boxing Day 2025

·         Friday, December 26: Canadian operations will be closed, and pickups/drop-offs in Canada will be canceled. You can still contact the Transportation Operations Center to request a pickup or drop-off.


New Year’s Day 2025-2026

  • Tuesday, December 30 & Wednesday, December 31: U.S. and Canadian operations remain open. Reach out to the Transportation Operations Center for any schedule changes.

  • Thursday, January 1: Pickups and drop-offs will be canceled. U.S. and Canadian operations, Customer Service Center, and Corporate Offices will be closed, with the Transportation Operations Center operating at limited staffing.


If you need to schedule a pickup or drop-off, or make changes to your holiday week plans, please contact the Transportation Operations Center at eCS.AM.OPS.Logistics@dhl.com no later than Thursday, December 18. The Transportation Operations Center will do their best to accommodate your request.
