Amazon Air Cargo Introduces Money-Back Guarantee

According to a recent report by Freight Waves, Amazon Air Cargo is stepping up its game, offering a money-back guarantee for U.S. and Puerto Rico shipments—up to $10,000 per flight if deliveries are more than two hours late. This comes alongside upgrades to its digital portal, making it easier to quote, book, and manage shipments.

Since fully commercializing its service in September 2024, Amazon has doubled its customer base, offering flexible freight options and expanding international routes to Europe, India, and Latin America, with partners like Air Premia and Avianca Cargo.

By combining technology-driven logistics with a commitment to reliability, Amazon Air Cargo is positioning itself as a competitor to FedEx, UPS, and DHL. All shipments are booked via the Supply Chain by Amazon console, which provides real-time tracking, guaranteed space, and integrated billing.
